Product Description
The Magewell Ultra Stream HDMI is a compact standalone hardware streaming encoder that encodes HDMI signals in real time and pushes them to platforms such as Facebook, Twitch and YouTube — without any connected computer — while also supporting RTSP, RTMP and RTMPS protocols. The device delivers dual-stream simultaneous output (main stream up to 8 Mbps, sub stream up to 2 Mbps) using H.264 / H.265 (HEVC) encoders. The input accepts HDMI signals up to 4096x2160 60fps, and the unit also features an HDMI loop-through output and a 3.5mm microphone input. Recording can be written simultaneously to a USB flash drive, the built-in 32 GB SD storage and a paired mobile device. Network connectivity includes 10/100/1000 Mbps wired Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, and support for 3G/4G USB mobile broadband modems. The device can be managed remotely through a WebUI, a dedicated App or Control Hub, and provides an HTTP API — making it ideal for live streaming, media production and live event broadcasting.
